Shipping Policy

Order processing:

We strive to ensure that your order is processed quickly and efficiently. Most orders are dispatched within 3 days if your order was placed on a business day. Orders on non-business days will ship in the next 3 business days. However, please understand that this period may be longer due to higher order volumes or during the holiday season.

 

Delivery time:

Standard delivery time is 7-15 working days. It is important to note that this timeframe may vary depending on the availability of post offices and the location of your residency. We do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery, but please allow for possible time differences.

 

Shipment tracking:

Tracking code will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. 

If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.

Blocky Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.
